Annual and six-monthly health examinations for workers already on your rolls — audiometry, spirometry, ECG and laboratory panels, compared against their earlier readings and documented for your health register.
A pre-employment medical tells you where a worker started. The periodic examination tells you what the job has done since. Noise-induced hearing loss, dust-related decline in lung function and early diabetes rarely announce themselves — they show up as a slow drift across years of readings, which is only visible if somebody actually lines the reports up side by side.
That is how we run these examinations for units in and around the GIDC Halol estate. Where earlier reports were done with us, the current audiogram and spirometry values are placed against the previous ones, and any meaningful shift is flagged to your HR and safety team rather than buried in a stack of individually normal reports.
Under the Factories Act, 1948 and the Gujarat Factories Rules, workers engaged in hazardous processes must be examined at prescribed intervals and the results entered in the health register. Every report here is reviewed by our consultant pathologists, Dr. Sunil Nagori (MBBS, DCP, PGCIH) and Dr. Shalin Nagori (MBBS, MD Path, PGCIH).
It is the repeat health examination a factory arranges for workers already on the rolls — usually once a year, and more often for workers in hazardous processes. It compares this year's readings with the worker's earlier baseline so that hearing loss, lung function decline or metabolic problems are caught early.
Most units run them annually. Where the Factories Act, 1948 and the Gujarat Factories Rules specify a hazardous process, the interval is shorter — commonly every six months for the exposed group — and the results are entered in the prescribed health register.
Yes, when the earlier reports were done with us we place the current audiogram, spirometry and blood values next to the previous ones, so a downward trend is visible rather than hidden inside a single normal-looking number.
Yes. Our team brings collection material, audiometry and PFT equipment and runs shift-wise sessions inside your premises so production is not interrupted. Walk-in slots at our lab near Halol Bus Stand are also available.
Each worker receives an individual report, and HR receives a consolidated summary grouped by department or contractor, flagging workers who need a repeat test or a doctor consultation.
Send us your headcount, department list and exposure types on WhatsApp or call +91 94092 77144. We build the panel around those roles and share group pricing — rates change with the panel, so we do not publish them online.
